Dye'know. I was involved with a bunch of people not one of whom had a job. They werent getting into criminal behaviour.
They were simply getting smashed, playing video games and shagging. The women had kids all by different men, and held the cards because they had the social housing. They kicked the man out when they got bored and to justify 'single mother' status. Once past three kids it was a damned good state provided salary.
And frankly, compared with overpaid public sector bureaucrats clogging up the roads to get to where they planted their bottoms behind a desk every day to make work in their pretend 'jobs', the doped up no hopers arguably did less social harm overall.
