This is thanks to massive government subsidies, and enormous taxes on cars, and has nothing to do with the feasibility of the technology itself, compared without the carrots and sticks of taxes.
It is actually quite fun, because the norwegian taxes on cars has been a hueg benefit for the rich in norway and the ones who cannot afford an electric car have been punished, so the millionaires love the norwegian car tax system.
