I think scaled up drones is as close as we'll get to flying cars within the next
20 years or so. I'd definitely be up for it! Having one myself would be great. I
would then need to no road to my fortress of solitude, but could just fly in and
out of there! =)

 Oh well, glory days ... I think the 2nd OPEC embargo
 was the end - fuel prices went through the roof and
 you couldn't always get the CORRECT fuel (a stuck
 valve in a small plane engine is NOT encouraging).
 Just couldn't afford to keep flying. BUT, still
 KNOW how, just in case .....
