No, Xeno's paradox is not a paradox with the theory of mathematical limits.
Non standard analysis, is just an alternative to standard math limit theory (epsilon/delta). It is just a way of making Newton infinitesimals rigorous, and informally it is the way calculus is taught at A'level. Two times an infinitesimal is still an infinitesimal.
