needs. If it fires 12,000 today it MAY hire 20,000
a few years from now to exploit some new markets.
As for the govt drones (half of which seem to be
'probationary' employees yet getting all the perks)
well, big/deep state is a POWER BASE and TAPPABLE
CASH FLOW for some of the people who are REALLY in
charge, so they DO freak about that kind of stuff
