nile, a rio derivative

I’ve been using nile, the rio derivative I made initially based on a
suggestion from russ, for over a decade now, and it continues to feel quite
comfortable. So I finally gave it a web page.

New window creation is more direct and feels very nice. The -m mode is
great. Russ’s core idea was a very good functionality refactor that push’s
Rob’s idea of “window systems should be transparent” even farther.

Importing the scroll behavior from Plan 9 from User Space is a more recent
change, but I’ve liked it over there for a long time.
