I love seeing the newsgroup revived!  Even if it were to
get no posts.  The above page says

but the link is empty. I was not able to find what it
might be with, e.g., "plan9 site:isc.org".
 

If your system is behaving like mine, the link isn’t empty, their server is
just set up weird. It causes a download rather than loading the page. I
cannot speak to why they have done things that way. I should make a note
about that on the page.
