We call that a “workstation”.
I think it would be more accurate to say "We called that a ...".
25-40 years ago there were workstations running VMS, SunOS, Solaris,
HP-UX, AIX, Ultrix, Tru64 etc..
Today a workstations is just a marketing term for a high-end PC running
Windows or Linux.
