you can easily answer this question by looking at SYS$UPDATE:VMSINSTAL_LMFGROUPS.COM
The NET-APP-SUP-250 license includes VMSCLUSTER.
Only the NET-APP-SUP-150 license includes VMSCLUSTER-CLIENT
