Ambassador license?

Does anyone have experience with an ambassador license?  I already am an
expert of application development and base operating systems, etc.

I have a community license with the OpenVMS x86 package but Alpha and IA64
are no longer available but they are only available under Ambassador
license.  I think that community license is for beginners and students. I
learned something from comp.os.vms that said the community license does not
have a PCSI/VMSINSTALL (@sys$update:vmsinstal) kit.

If so, I will apply for ambassador license soon.
