Yes. I even think we did update even though when that happened
people were in the process of moving to DOS.
DEC's own word processor was WPS. Under ALLIN1 or standalone.

I believe the command to start was s2020.
Glen Everhart also did a free spreadsheet for VMS
(ported to Linux since then).
