The Western European alphabets are supersets of the English alphabet,
so the UK/US would not be missing any letters.
But if we for Western European alphabets take the abomination
known as ISO-646/ECMA-6, then all SW people will be missing
something. ASCII [\]{|} are among those used for national characters.
