This is to announce that comp.simulation is now reopened for
submissions.
According to [1] (from 2003 / 2004), "The comp.simulation group
is about generic issues in simulation modelling and analysis.
That includes the following: simulation methods, simulation
tools and software, simulation practice, simulation case
studies and anything else on simulation subject. This group
is not about simulation topics covered in other simulation news
groups such as: rec.autos.simulators, rec.aviation.simulatiors
or sci.aeronautics.simulation."
Please review the guidelines at [1], as well as additional
considerations / updates at [2] (that are being posted
alongside this announcement), before posting here.
Note that you have an option of submitting your articles via
email at
comp-simulation-submit@newsmod.am-1.org . Please refer
to [2] for important details.
It is my intent to post a pointer to applicable submission
guidelines to this group several times a year, though no
specific plan as yet. I also hope to start forwarding
announcements from relevant mailing lists at some point,
such as has been done previously; see, e. g., [3].
