Well it looks like it. So for those that didn't know this is a free
mod/total conversion based on, you guessed it London, using FO:4. It was
due to be released a few months ago but then we had Fallout TV so we got
the FO:4 Next Gen (NG) update just before the FO:L(ondon) official
release. Obviously panic stations as NG wasn't just a few minor bug
fixes but instead a rather major overhaul meaning FO:L just wouldn't
work. To make it even worse the NG update was a bit buggy so there's
work ongoing meaning it can't be considered a stable platform (fixed).

The good news though, the FO:L dev's took the decision not to go with NG
but instead the release they had used and have now finished the work for
a degrade tool for GOG and the one for Steam is almost complete. If
you're on Epic sounds like you're out of luck.

Me, I really looking forward to it obviously and hope all the hard work
of the dev's has paid off.

If you have FO4 on Steam, the best thing to do (if you consider time to
be money) is just buy it on GOG for $16 rn. Just downgrading FO4 took me
an hour on Steam, and then you have to manually install the mod, which is
where I gave up.

I don't know how long it's on sale for, but all you do is install
FO:London on Galaxy. It makes a shortcut, no fuss.

Then you have the updated copy on Steam and a separate London copy ready
to go. 34GB.
Oops. There was some fuss. If you install FO:London on Galaxy, it doesn't
install the dependency.
Also, not hard to install FO:London with the downgrade on Steam. You just
point it at the directory after launching it in GOG. Wish they had
pointed that out in the tutorial.
At least I know how to downgrade the bullshit "upgrade" on Steam and keep
it that way.
Since I'm still playing Far Harbor off-and-on, this still works out well
for me.
