Second mission.  First mission is 90% tutorial & intro, with 3 alien "humans" to kill at the end of it.
It can be played multiplayer with password too, if you do get into it I'd be happy to come kill some bugs and *spoilers* with you.  It does limit armor and weapons found later/harder missions somewhat on multiplayer, but not enough to matter on easy or normal, but enough that I couldn't come in and just carpet bomb everything... probably.
