Mostly not, I suspect, but there are people who have KIDS that are in
school. And summer is when you take the kids on vacation.

And even if you DON'T have kids, still summer break applies, since
adults like to take a break from work for their own benefit too.
Whether its to take a hike in the woods or go down to the beach, most
people find the experience more pleasant when the sun is high, the
days are long, and the weather is clement.

TL;DR: regardless of age, summer is when people abandon their
responsibilities to frolic in the sun. ;-)

Alternately, they - kids and adults alike - are just playing Elden
Ring.
