Both.   Well oldish, near 60, bad back, arthritis in my spine, diabetes,
bad circulation and dozens of food allergies making it hard to find
stuff I can eat and not have a reaction to.

 

Eating out, trying those free samples at a grocery store booth, just not
an option at all, ever.

 Ugh. Sounds like me since I can't eat much too due to my disabilities
since birth. I can't chew. I have to eat soft diets and even blended
food. Sometimes I drink Ensure. :(
 

My roommate has no teeth in the bottom of his mouth.  He had whatever was left there pulled earlier this year.
I lost a tooth in February.  It's like God wanted me to have a taste of what these guys were going through.  It's nowhere near as bad as they have it, but it is a sensitive place in my mouth now and corn chips give me the most trouble because as I chew them up they source sharp triangles that dig into the exposed gum.
