I've gotten the non-VIP treatment from Best Buy and Dell recently. They gave me the runaround on big hard drives and I ended up with a couple comps with half a terabyte each for the last four yrs. Maybe I will look into wired external hard drives for a bit, since that could be good. I wonder what the data rate is like for those.
