Drowsy, will have to finish catching up later.
That was fast. First COVID-19 infection?
2nd verified one. I had it last summer I think it was. I had the shot and 2 boosters before hand but had slacked on getting more after all the negative press and they were supposed to be coming out with an improved one in a couple months. Other than how long it lasted the first shot was almost as bad as the first time I got it for about 3 days.
The first time was much worse, serious fever shakes and chills, I got the antivirals which kicked it down to 'bad cold' pretty quick. I didn't get any more boosters as from what I could find you shouldn't take any for at least 6 months to a year after getting it. I almost got a booster right before the cruise but wife didn't want to possibly be sick for the beginning from the side effects.
The kids and wife both have it this time, but the kids it seems very mild cold (except my daughter is very irritable) The wife seems like the bad part lasted longer, but wasn't as bad as me. I'm feeling mostly better today, just have the lingering cough and aches that always come with anything I get.
Well hope you're feeling better soon. I got it for the first time about
six weeks ago and it was a bit strange as very much feeling under the
weather but it was only when I was feeling a little better that I tested
positive. A few days later, negative again.
I'm still a virgin AFAIK.
Good on you! Don't take any cruises :)
