Apparently Sony is soon releasing an adapter for the PSVR2 so it can
more easily connect to PCs, specifying support for Steam games in
specific. Not that this would have helped me -the device I was offered
was a first-generation PSVR headset- but it indicates, should a PSVR2
ever cross my path, I won't have to worry about it working with PC
games.
Although, Sony reminds us, all the best features of the PSVR2 headset
(HDR, headset feedback, eye tracking, adaptive triggers, and haptic
feedback) remained lock to the Playstation 5. Well, at least until
the hackers get around to bypassing Sony's restrictions, that is.
