I don't see more than one particularly bad review from journalists from when it was released, most were glowing to high.

In fact for me it had lowered the ridiculously high amount of grinding for good weapons that 2 had that annoyed the hell out of me to the point I used a cheat to change the drop rates. I was just over borderlands long before that point as there were far too many non-numbered bordlerlands games by that point.

What is going on? Back to full price for an old game?

An Eli Roth 'Borderlands' movie is coming out in a few weeks from Lionsgate. Big budget, Cate Blanchett is the lead.

Ah yes, always raise the price when there's any potential new interest. I'd bet on the movie being a flop from the way the trailers look, and it going back down on price shortly after though.

One would hope they know what they are doing better than I do but I find it hard to believe that anyone who's prepared to pay £50 now would do that from after watching a film. Have they been living in a cave and never heard about it?
Apparently PW lives in a cave. (Caves are actually very expensive as homes around here, I couldn't afford it.)
