A solidly average game. > I started playing this, it's pretty good. It's sort of a base of later Diablo with the isomentric view, and maybe fallout tactics (real time isometric gun battles, general wasteland vibe) set in a western. I'm enjoying it, but yeah the gun battles are making me feel like I'm bad at the game. It seems to work better with controller, I tried kb+m as well. You can adjust how much auto-aim there is though. There's an experimental mode I haven't tried that sounds like fps aiming too. There's a lot of stealth involved if you don't want to get overwhelmed and use up your precious bullets. I'm not too far in the game but definitely more (non-tactics) fallout feel with the looking a whole bunch of junk and having to bring it somewhere for a picante, and having inventory limits. It has Falout 1&2 style overland movement with random encounters, which I love. You can upgrade your gun, you also get abilities and perks. I've found the abilities are a bit hard to use with the gun combat though. Some of the game hints sound like the game was supposed to be perma-death but it autosaves every time you leave an area, and you can manually make saves. It it's only got 10 save slots though. And discovered it deletes all the saves if you make a new character. The saves are messed up though, they don't seem to save recent things well like the position of unconscious or dead bodies, sometimes putting them back at their npc's starting position, and may not keep items you picked up. I think it's worth checking out if you don't mind the isometric. It doesn't feel real janky like a lot of indy games at least (though that may be why I feel bad at it, maybe it is janky and just hides it well) and it does have easy mode which I haven't tried yet. -- -Justisaur ø-ø (\_/)\ `-'\ `--.___, ¶¬'\( ,_.-' \ ^'
