So I actually beat it a couple days ago. It felt very short. Yes, there's tons to do, but I already had my Druid build essentially finished, and it's just bigger numbers to get and ways to get them.

I started over with a Sorcerer now, but I'm not sure I'm going to finish the game again. I enjoyed the story once. Because of the limited number of bar slots (6) it feels very very similar. One weak single target attack for generating your resource, one bigger aoe for big groups and bosses, and the rest is basically defense and cool down big hits (which aren't any bigger than the resource based ones, they're just a small bump in damage)

I enjoyed the story once at least. Glad I didn't even pay $30 for it. $12 well spent for a month of game pass, and I could quit and see if anything else grabs my attention.

Well one last flaw with the always internet on. It has to update before I can play it, and it doesn't seem to want to update in the background when I haven't launched it. I don't have a lot of time in a block so I downloaded the update (which took like an hour!) and went to play some EDF while I waited. After playing some more EDF, I was thinking, this game is so much more fun, why would I go back to playing Diablo 4? Then I uninstalled it.
Then I closed Battle-net, and it immediately reopened itself with a message that said it had to be running when the xbox app was. What for? Screw that! I ended the program. Xbox app was still running just fine.
After restarting, Battle-net kept restarting even after killing it, I tried to uninstall it and it wouldn't even do that, it kept telling me a game was open that required it. Eventually I got it uninstall by closing the xbox app as well. What a piece of shit!
Why do we have to have both Battle-net and xbox app when MS owns Blizzard?!?! These things are getting rediculous.
