Rugrats cartoon is fine, it's got some nods towards adults that make it somewhat entertaining.  I can't see watching it without youngish kids though.  Can't say I have any interest in watching it now or playing a game based on it either.
I think it hits nostalgia for kids that watched it growing up.

    It's like Epic is going out of its way to find games
    I've no interest in! It's cutesy! It's platformer! It's
    co-op! It's rhythm game! It's a trifecta plus one (quadfecta?)
    of things I don't enjoy! This one at least has some originality
    to it, and the visuals don't look too bad. Still, this isnt'
    the sort of game I'd ever see myself playing.
 

The last two wouldn't scare me off, but the first couple do.

Not a good week of games, at least not for me. But maybe you'll enjoy
the selection more. Anyway, we'll get some new stuff in seven days.
Until then...

I got them, won't ever be playing them (maybe the last I'll fire up to see if my daughter wants to play it with me, but cute platform, ugh) nope.  Not going to happen.
