 I don't think I've even seen 2 or 3.  I was a big fan of the book, I enjoyed the movie, but not so much to watch any of the others (I think) are they any good?
 

2 and 3 are crap, even for direct to video.  The director of #2 was the writer of #1 who played the criminal that got executed in it.  #3 IIRC was the second DP of one of the prior ones.  #3 was one of those "We'll just film it in complete darkness so no one will see that we didn't even have change dug up from the couch to finance it".
