I never owned this one in the 8-bit days, and it never made its way to
PC. I only played it through emulation. Aside from the concept (it's a
sort of a first-person "Lunar Lander" crossed with Choplifter's rescue
mechanic) I didn't actually find the game that impressive, even
accounting for its age.
It is not anymore by modern standards and not even by the standards of
the early 90s, but when it came out in 82/83 it was really groundbreaking. I nowadays would consider it more a graphics demo than a game, but some games simply do not age well especially those who rely on new graphical effects never seen before for gameplay!
