I'm having way too much fun with this online game with my online

It reminds me of that multiplayer Star Trek Bridge Commander game.
[Was it Bridge Commander? I can't remember. There were a lot
of Star Trek games]
Everyone would take a role on the bridge; navigator, weapons,
engineering, etc.
We tried it once. It was fun, but felt more gimmick than real game.
Never heard about "Pulsar". Can't say there's anything about it that
inspires me to play -much less purchase- the game. It's not just the
gimmicky co-op bits, but the whole 'open world No Man's Sky' setting.
It's just looks too aimless for my liking.
