A bunch of new games were announced, starting the hype train for their eventual releases. Prepare to be marketed at!
So here's the list:
NEW GAMES Borderlands 4 * Catly * Crimson Desert * Day of the Wolves * Dispatch * Double Dragon Revive * Dungeon & Fighter: Ara * Elden Ring: Nightring * First Berserker: Khazan * Fragpunk * Infinity Nikki * Intergalactic: Heretic Prophet * Killing Floor 3 * Kyora * Long Dark 2: Blackfrost * Mafia: The Old Country * Mechabreak * Midnight Murder Club * Ninja Gaiden Rebound * Okami 'sequel' (no announced title yet) * One Move Away * Onimusha: Way Of The Sword * Outer Worlds 2 * Palworld: Feybreak * Project Century * Project Robot * Rematch * Screamer * Shadow Labyrinth * Slay the Spire 2 * Solasta 2 * Split Fiction * Splitgate 2 * Sonic Racing Crossworlds * Stage Fright * Stalcraft: X Operations * Steel Hunters * Steel Paws * Tales of the Shire * Thick as Thieves * Turok Origins * Virtua Fighter (no announced title yet) * The Witcher 4 * Wuthering Waves
ALSO Dave the Diver: In the Jungle (DLC) * Warframe: 1999 (DLC) * Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (for PC) * Last of Us Part II Remastered (for PC)
Of these, only a handful caught my eye. "Catly", because kitty-cats! "Intergalactic: Heretic Prophet", because it's being made by the 'Last of Us' and 'Uncharted' devs, and they have a really good record of solid single-player games. "Onimusha: Way Of The Sword", because that series is a secret sin of mine and it's been way too long since we've had another game in that series. "Project Robot", because its by the same guys who did "Ico" and "Shadow of the Colussus" and probably will be different enough to be interesting. "Screamer", because (and despite) the fact that it's a nostalgia-fueled remake. And finally, "Thick as Thieves", because Warren Spector is involved.
That said, I didn't really look into ANY of these games, because I don't want to be spoiled of any surprises, and anyway its much too early to start getting excited about any of them. These are just the ones I didn't write off automatically.
