I claimed it because of cats. ;P
On the one hand, it's a hidden object game; blah!
On the other hand, kitties!!!!!1!!!1!!!
Damn it. Added to library.
Same! I doubt I will ever play it!
I actually did, but don't expect to see it on the monthly playlist.
It's not much of a game. It's exactly what you expect; a giant page
with a colorful illustration and scribbles of kitty-cats hidden
amongst the artwork. Click on a cat, and you're rewarded with a
delightful miaow. Do it 101 times and the game is over; there's only
the one level.
It took me maybe 20 minutes to find them all. The cats aren't that
well hidden and by the end I was well and truly tired of the gameplay.
But then, I've never been the biggest fan of hidden-object games to
start with. I mostly played this game... well, mostly I played it
because it featured cats, but I /also/ played it to remind myself of
why I disliked the genre. And in that, I can say: mission
accomplished.
If you happen to like hidden object games*, I /guess/ this is an okay
example of the type? The limitation to a single level is a bit
annoying but considering it's mostly intended to get new users into
the series, I suppose that's acceptable. The artwork was okay, the cat
sounds were delightful (the soundtrack was ear-gouging, however), and
I guess the 'puzzles' were average. I'm not sure I'm really in a place
to judge.
I'm not entirely disappointed that I spent as much time with it as I
did, just don't expect me to recommend it to others.
Thanks Ant. Have another six Internet Points. ;-)
Ha. What's my score though? :-P
All I can say for sure is that you have six more points than you did
before ;-)
* I'm not judging. I drive a virtual truck slowly and carefully over
virtual highways and think its fun. Who am I to criticise other
people's taste in games? ;-)
