Diablo style RPGs are fun to play with friends. And I do mean real
world friends. Not random strangers online in your friends list.
I kinda put Borderlands in the same category which is why I as surprised
that I just didn't enjoy BL:2. Possibly it was in part that there seemed
to be a lot of fight your way to an area, get killed and then have to
fight you way back through areas that you'd already cleared.

Borderlands 2 works the same way the first game does but I am thinking
that maybe there just isn't enough respawn points when you die. So you
respawn very far away from where you need to be and you have mobs that
respawned.
Ugh. I hope those respawn points aren't so far apart.
Again, the first game works this way but the respawn points were
usually pretty close to where you needed to be. I will need to see if
BL 2 is worse in this regard myself at some point.
