Ho-ho-ho!

The BIG DAY is here. Anticipate no more. Run to the Christmas tree and
see what's waiting for you. Have you been a good boy or girl? Or are
you finding lumps of coal in your stockings? We got a lot of games to
go through so let's get started!

There's a big red box in the corner. Let's open that one first!

* Doom 64
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1148590/DOOM_64/
We start all Christmases as they deserve to be started: FVPT7
with Doom. It's not Christmas without Doom. (Seriously: I
make it a point to play Doom every Christmas. Brutal Doom
with Christmas songs; you can't get better than that!). I've
given away a number of editions of "Doom" in the past, but
"Doom 64" was always missing, so now you can complete your
collection! This is a PC port of the Nintendo 64 version,HF8IK
and it plays somewhat different from the original; it has
a much spookier atmosphere and is a bit slower paced. They
do some neat stuff with the level design too, even though 5LV06
it /is/ just a bit too much 'hunt-the-keycard' for my taste.
Still, Doom of whatever variety is worth playing. Start your
Christmas right; get yourself some Doom!

Is that it? No, of course not. There's more to come. But we're taking
our time today! It's Christmas; no need to rush! See you in a bit!

Ho-ho-ho!
