I'm around a 7.  I can't help but get the little dopamine hit from the ding of an acheivement, and it puts a little smile on my face if my playstyle gets me some weird low % ones.  I don't go after achievements unless I've already completed a game and still want to play it and need a goal (I can't seem to keep playing without a goal, some games I can make up my goal, some I can't.)
The only time I go after achievements without completing a game is if they actually unlock something in the game.  I'm love-hate with that though, sometimes I love those, and sometimes I hate those.  Much like secrets.
I think the first game I ever 100% was GTA III: VC on the PS2.  The first game I remember even trying was GTA III but there was a bug at the end that prevented me getting 100%, I made a new save and played all the way through and ended up with the same bug.
100% games on Steam are
Dark Souls III
Elden Ring
Risk of Rain (that surprises me!)
Void Scrappers (that one was easy)
GoG & Epic I don't have any 100%, closest is
75% Cyberpunk 2077
which I could definitely see going for, as I often think about replaying it again.
