I haven't used mine for years! I should go see if it still works. :P
To be fair, Origin itself has been pretty much dead for years. EA move
over to EA App (or whatever its called) years ago; Origin is legacy
ware and, honestly, I'm surprised it was still being supported.
If you had any games on EA Origin, your games are automatically
transferred. It's not like EA is abandoning its storefront/launcher
entirely. It's just retiring an older version.

On a only tangentially-related note: you know one major flaw with EA,
UPlay, Epic, and all these other launchers? The one thing that just
shoves in your face that they're made for the benefit of the
publishers, and not the user? They all launch into the STOREFRONT and
not the gamer's library, and there's no way to change it.
[Yes, GOG and Steam do this by default too... but they also
let you go into settings and make it so it launches to the
library screen]
Epic, EA, etc: you want people to take your launcher seriously, to see
it as anything more than an inconvenient portal that they have to pass
through to play their games? Make it so you can launch the app and get
directly to our games.
