It's actually not on sale at all, not as an individual game at least.
That's the reason for the notice you quoted above. If you want to buy
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Soulstorm, you need to buy Warhammer
40,000: Dawn of War - Anniversary Edition instead, which includes it
along with the other three games from the first Dawn of War series.
I definitely linked the wrong one. The Anniversary Edition includes every installment in the Dawn of War games. Soulstorm is the last of them, and as such should be played last. The campaign is quite complex and is a return to classic campaigns such as in Warlords III with Lord Bane and a simpler form of Age of Wonders III. This is mostly nonsense but Warlords III may have been RTS.
