Steam also does media hostings too, but they have limits as well.
Definitely short videos. Got to use YouTube or another video hosting
services for long videos like my video recordings.
Oh yeah, I forgot about Steam.
Actually, I have one image there from my collection:
https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/937184972374256622/FEB6A231049D90D67C05806FAB52E150B9952843/?imw=5000&imh=5000&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=falseAlthough this one isn't /quite/ an honest screenshot. It's a
combination of several screenshots melded together into a panoramic
landscape, and then touched up a tiny bit in Photoshop (mostly
tweaking the color). But it at least gives you an idea of the sort of
pictures I like to take in-game ;-)
Come to think of it, there are some videos there too (although they
point to YouTube). Including
https://youtu.be/8lVqwI-H_3o which is a
replay of a race from Grid 2. My performance in the game actually
isn't that impressive, and the visuals were -even at the time-
somewhat dated; mostly, I was impressed at how well the game
automatically stiched together various viewpoints from the race to
make the race look a lot more compelling to watch than it actually was
to play ;-)
