Unfortunately that always felt inevitable. Companies were going to look at it and instead of using it as an additional tool to aid the creative process* they would instead use to it bypass that process.
*An example of that is getting an AI to produce what I think are could voice 'barks' that aren't there for the plot but instead just to add to the flavour as you say walk around a town.
