Yes it is. Not so pixelated that it makes your eyes hurt, but just
enough to give it a bearable retro look.
You can adjust the pixel scaling to make it look like Minecraft at
320x180 resolution if you so wish. I really do not like heavily
pixelated games. Not even as an FPS.
It's similar to Ion Fury in looks.
