 No, what I'm really interested in is: what product is Valve going to
attach "Half Life 3" to. Will it be a VR exclusive? A SteamDeck
exclusive? Some new version of Steam? Some sort of cloud-streaming
subscription? Because I doubt Valve will allow the game to release
/without/ taking advantage of its marketability to the fullest.

There are rumors of a new Valve VR headset with inside out tracking also there are rumors of a new steam console after their first failed attempt they now havwe a better software base to make inroads in this segment.
But as usual with Valve they will drop the news when they are ready and not before!
So far most rumours except the ones regarding HL3 came to be at one day!
