I always read EULAs. With this one, it made me remember that the Tesla
cars seem to have a similar point that lets them brick those pieces of
shit with wheels remotely.
Even with the European EULA being tamer (no bricking, no arbitration), I
have decided that I won't be taking more bullshit from Shitendo, and
they won't be taking more of my money. Not even the exclusive titles are
worth putting up of with this threatening language.
I wish Nintendo a future full of modchips, exploits, flashcarts and
emulators.
