It's not really difficult.

It is if you don't really understand how to use a clutch with a manual gear stick or indeed understand when you're supposed to change gear!
That doesn't mean it would be that difficult to learn how to use it but honestly, no thanks I'll let my car change gear for me while I get on driving it.
