I can't speak for what's currently on sale, but when I got it on
Steam, it was included with the original "Command & Conquer" game. In
fact, on Steam it's listed as just that: "Command & Conquer and the
Covert Operations".

It doesn't seem to be sold separately though; you need to get it as
part of the bundle.

Similarly, C&C Red Alert also comes bundled with "Counterstrike" and
"Aftermath" add-ons.

No, aside from "Sole Survivor" (and a couple of unofficial CD-ROMs
filled with user-made mods/levels) the entire PC collection is
available in that bundle.


Although that still leaves the various console and mobile ports
missing. Where's "Command & Conquer" for the Nintendo 64? The "Armored
Attack", "Attack Copper" and "Tiberium Battlecards" browser games?
"Command & Conquer: Rivals" for Android? What about the Map Pack for
"Tiberium War" released only as pre-order bonuses and XBox? Our
collections aren't complete without these (and a handful more) vital
additions! ;-)
