software/data/settings to load from iCloud and for updates to load and
execute. The iPhone and iPad were updated at the same time. Then the
Apple Watch was created from the iPhone 8. Apple Watch in particular
took quite a while to load and update. But I was doing other things
while all that was going on.

and logon passcode. I had to create a new iCloud password. The old
ones did not meet current Apple requirements. Except for the
fingerprints added to the phone and iPad and a few new Apple apps that
showed and the faster processors up there was no difference in user
experience. Apps were all arranged on screens and findable. Person 2
was VERY happy with the new iPad and phone. The watch he is not sure
about. He has not even worn a watch since retiring almost 40 years
ago.

Pretty happy with my choice too, but transitions to new devices
involved manually loading apps, setting up email and storage accounts,
and arranging icons. SMS phone message history never transferred.
Apple does all that for you, including bringing over your iMessage
history. Much nicer, and quicker.

Well if you actually read the
book "Small Fry" you will find that Steve Jobbs literally
model the OS after "Party Girls".
You know "Art-whores" or ladies you meet and everyone sleeps
with. That is literally what Apple user base is about.

Apple eliminates the need for you to be a computer-wiz entirely and
does what Windows or even DOS could do with a little no how all at
once. Yes they make powerful devices but within five years they are
not usable at all or have problems requiring a visit to the crapple
store.

Apple employees mostly actors, who are trained to react to a specific
customer. They are not educated about any means such as

1) reprogramming the device
2) repairing the device
3) anything that requires tools.

Calling Apple support you literally have to do every time to get your
crap to work.

It is a stupid berkly linux unix whatever just like the Android. More
or less the same.

Some stores have one technician ( a real man or woman ) in the back
who does real work.

Apple consumer = That girl you slept with and had the time of your
life and you forget her name.
