Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Also, this isn't the most efficient way for her to get help. Apple
support is free and they will happily help your friend over chat, phone,
or in person at her local Apple retail store. All she has to do is go
here, specify the product or app she needs help with, and follow the
prompts:

iIf this person is asking a friend (who knows nothing about iPhones) how
to do this, they obviously aren't proficient at web searches. So yes,
