I CAN print from my M1 MacBook Air running macOS Tahoe and can also
print from an iMac running macOS Ventura or from my iPhone and iPad.

Is there a known bug with macOS Sequoia which is preventing the use of
my printer?

Advice welcomed. TIA.
Two shots in the dark:
1. uninstall the Canon software on the non-working iMac and then re-add
the printer.
2. upgrade the AirPrint firmware on MG5350:

Thank you *so* much for your helpful suggestions.
I did try 1. above - sadly, to no avail. :-(
This was the instruction I received from the downloaded information
(provided at your link):-
*Check Whether Update is Necessary*
You can check whether an update is required by printing the nozzle check pattern.
Check whether the software (firmware) version "Ver. X.XXX" is printed in the nozzle check pattern print results.
If the firmware version is printed and is Ver. 2.000 or later
Firmware update is not necessary.
If the firmware version is printed and is earlier than Ver. 2.000, or if the firmware version is not printed
Firmware update is necessary. Update according to "Firmware Version Update Procedure" described below.
Note
For instructions on printing the nozzle check pattern, refer to the on-screen manual that comes with the printer.

Here is confirmation that I do NOT need to update my firmware:-

Had I needed to update, I'd have needed to connect my printer with a USB
cable. If I'd actually HAD a USB cable I wouldn't need to use the Air
Print facility anyway! <wink>
I did reinstall Sequoia (from Internet Recovery) but that made no
difference either.
I can only conclude (as supported by Gemini AI) that there must be a 'bug' in Sequoia which was overcome by Tahoe. Sadly, this computer is now classified as Vintage, so I cannot install macOS Tahoe.
Thank you once again for trying to help. 😊
