There's nothing magical about macOS. If you've fallen victim to a phishing
scam, there's nothing the OS can do.

 
As far as I'm aware, I've NEVER fallen for a phishing scam.
 

Having said that, none of the "suspect software" you claim is dodgy matches
that description.
