What you are doing is utter nonsense to upgrade to a system out of support.

Why would it be "utter nonsense" to apply an upDATE to an OS?
Presumably, the most recent updates to Ventura are for bugs that Apple identified, rather than to add new features.
macOS Venture 13.7 was released YESTERDAY.
So why wouldn't you want that?
