Thanks, unfortunately I am running Sequoia (18.0.1).

 Please try it anyway.
 Could be an issue with my machine and if it works on your side I'd like to know all about it.  My "does not on Sequoia" statement above was not well thought out!
 (M3 iMac here, Seq 18.0).
 

Back in DOS days, I was a regular Command Line Commando, but I'm skittish anywhere near macOS Terminal...
