Hi Tom Elam,
You Apple trolls think that because Microsoft randomly fixes serious bugs
in Windows XP that this random fix means it's fully supported for 25 years?
I'm well educated so I focus on the facts, since facts are easily proved.
The 1st fact is Apple's promised written legal full iOS support is the
worst (by far) in the industry when we compare to similarly priced Pixels &
Galaxies. This is a published date by Apple, so you can't dispute it.
Hence, that's just a fact. Apple's promised full support is the shortest.
The 2nd fact is Apple has *never* fully supported more than just the latest
release in their entire history. Again, you can't dispute that fact.
Apple says so themselves. So nobody sensible would refute that fact.
Another fact is that the number of exploits are published every day by the
US government for all operating systems, but when you compare Android to
iOS, the iPhone/iPad is always the most exploited mobile device out there.
That fact can change daily.
But it never does.
Apple mobile devices are *always* far more exploited than Androids are.
Now... someone (you perhaps?) has correctly brought up that there's more
"malware" on Android, and that's a fact also that nobody would dispute.
So now we have to compare these three items for severity:
a. Apple has the shortest promised full support (by a lot)
b. Apple has the most proven exploits in the wild (by a lot)
c. Android has more malware (by a lot)
Those 3 were 2018 models.
"Even if the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR don't support iOS
19, they will continue to receive software updates from Apple.

Jesus Christ. Do you realize EVERY operating system gets updates?
Every single one. Even Windows XP got updates for almost two decades.
The fact Apple randomly updates an older OS is no different than the fact
that Google randomly updates an older OS which is no different than the
fact that Microsoft randomly updates an older OS.
You Apple trolls can't understand the DIFFERENCE from a random arbitrary
update to an older OS and FULL PROMISED WRITTEN support for it.
For
example, just today Apple released iOS 16.7.11 with security fixes for
the iPhone 8 and iPhone X."
iPhone 8 and X were 2017 releases.
Also just released:
https://appleinsider.com/articles/25/03/31/apple-hasnt-forgotten-about-some-older-ios-ipados-and-macos-versions
"iOS 15.8.4 will be installable on the iPhone 6s and Plus, iPhone 7, and
Plus, and the second-gen iPhone SE."
iPhone 6 was a 2014 release, so 11 years of security support.
What's wrong with you that you cannot understand these facts?
You Apple trolls can't tell the difference between a random update and full
promised written hotfix support.
Windows XP full promised support ended in April of 2014 and yet Microsoft
is *still* updating Windows XP for serious bugfixes.
Just like everyone does.
