 * luatexja-fontspec: added \providejfontfamily etc. (gh/#10)
 * fix compatibility with siunitx (gh/#11)
 * fix that jpotf "OpenType feature" was not working (gh/#12)
 * changed the filename of non-embedded fonts from nil to ""
