 Text fonts enhancements:

 - The set of sub/super-scripts has been enlarged for supercitations:
   punctuation, dashes and delimiters added;

 - New option `fakedscripts` added to kpfonts-otf.sty for users
   who do not want to load the `realscripts` package.
